⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Anthony and Abel were absolutely incredible. I’ve never experienced customer service like this in my life. Nova Petal handled the flowers for our wedding, and not only were they breathtaking, but the care and heart they put into what they do is on a completely different level. When we realized right before the ceremony that we had accidentally ordered three boutonnières instead of four, panic set in. This is the kind of moment that could derail a wedding day. Anthony and Abel didn’t hesitate for a second. They immediately jumped into action, arranged a last-minute emergency delivery, and somehow got the missing boutonnière into our hands just 15 minutes before the ceremony started. No stress, no excuses, just calm, kindness, and total professionalism. Because of them, our day stayed perfect. That moment could have been remembered as chaos, but instead it became a story of people who genuinely care and go above and beyond for their clients. The flowers were stunning, but the people behind Nova Petal are what make them unforgettable. If you are considering them for your wedding or any important event, stop looking. These are the people you want in your corner on one of the most important days of your life. Forever grateful. Highly, highly recommend.

From start to finish the process was seamless and professional. Novapetal emailed me to confirm my order, sent a photo of the flower arrangement prior to delivery to my mother along with a text from the manager Olivia, and then a final text when the flowers were delivered. I would highly recommend Novapetal!

I ordered this arrangement for my girlfriend and if I could give them 10 stars I would. I had these delivered to her work (a hospital) and we all know how that delivery can go but the did an excellent job getting the to the correct floor and location. The arrangement itself was absolutely amazing!!! They ran out of peonies but were very quick to with their communication and made sure to find the perfect solution and still made sure to deliver great quality products and service.

They put together a beautiful arrangement and delivered it same day. The driver was super nice and understanding as well because I didn’t realize there was a gate code, but he figured it out and got the flowers safely to their destination.

They were excellent and the flowers were beautiful. They delivered them on time and it made my friends day. I would definitely use them again. I had ordered tulips and wow is all I can say. They send you a picture of the arrangement for you to approve b4 it goes out which I really liked. My friend got exactly what I saw

Absolutely gorgeous and unique arrangement from Novapetals! This arrangement was a first time order for my friend’s birthday. I love looking for unique arrangements and local flower shops, and I found the Novapetals on Reddit. Ordering was a breeze. There was an issue with the first arrangement that we received and Novapetals was quick to find a resolution. I’m absolutely obsessed with the final results and I will return because of their customer service and quality.

Just wanted to take time out of my day to thank the wonderful florist at this flower shop for making my sister‘s birthday special. Despite last-minute changes to the order, they still were able to beyond exceed any expectations that I had . I live in California and wanted something beautiful and grand to send to her on her special day and her reaction was worth every penny.
